Hey All ,
procrastination is being delt with , looks like the french water company have cut my connection but then are still billing me for it !
A bill i've not paid for 5 years .. seems pretty off to keep charging someone a quarterly connection fee once you've cut them off for nonpayment of their bills ???
The sooner i get this place off my hands the better .. Will have to wait for after the euro referendum .
I have sent them my new address so they won't pester my mum with bills and red letters , although the boxes on the website are only for french style zip codes rather than uk format ones so the normal box says computer says no and you can't click advanceee .. DOH !
Like recovery / sobriety has tought me , I'm in the treacle bit at the moment with this but with perseverance things will build in momentum and unstick .

I'm on the train into work. My work week is almost done as I'm taking tomorrow off. I won't be able to leave early for my trip but that's life. Son has field trip for school that he can't miss

It was wonderful to read everyone's posts! Thank you, Ken! Hi to everyone that is in for their first sober weekend, or our buddies that have been feeling off lately.
I'm really happy we're all together for another sober weekend of chatting and support!
I'm spending the day with my sister today! We didn't hang around much while I was in active addiction. It's a relationship I hope to repair and make stronger by living amends. I'm excited!
I have two job interviews scheduled for next week. It feels good to keep things rolling and not put all my eggs in one basket.
I had some crazy dreams last night, too, but they were the really good kind and I feel happy from the feeling they left. Kissing a friend I never thought of romantically? Well now I just wanna go plant one on him and see what happens, haha!
I'm so happy I woke up sober. I scheduled lots of quiet time for myself before I go to the hustle and bustle of downtown. I'm liking this kind of self care. The coffee in bed thing is everything I wanted the whiskey to be
