I am a raging alcoholic. Never done anything like this before. I keep trying to reach out to people,facilities, churches, etc... nobody will respond

Welcome. Is there a reason for not reaching out to AA? You can search for local meeting details easily online, and joining is simply a matter of having a desire to stop drinking, and turning up.
