sober Friday mornings
feels amazing!! Thursdays used to be the weekend kickoff night. easy work day on fridays so no worry if I'm hungover. what a stupid thing to think!! two friends tried to get me to go out last night too. I was in bed by 10pm and said I'm so glad I am sober, woke up to the same thought! Easy day at work is soooo much better when not hungover too! TGIF!

Waking up sober, healthy, confident, clear eyed, strong, and proud is how we were designed to be.
No living thing is designed to drink alcohol. It damages the brain and makes them sick.
Don't believe the hype. Alcohol is poison. Stay clean. Live strong.
We go out and have fun w out booze. Watching people regress into a drunken euphoric stupor is now motivation for me to not drink. I pretend not to notice, but it is sadly obvious.
Eating nachos w a tall glass of lemonade is amazing.

The only thing as good as a sober Friday morning is a sober Saturday or Sunday or Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday morning!
