Hi Rich, I admire your courage and strength. Congrats on 105 days sober. You'll find a lot of support here. I've never fooled around with heroin but it sounds extremely dangerous. Glad you are on your way to better health!

Hey Rich,

Look up PAWS and you may find some useful info. The first time I ever heard about it was a few months ago in outpatient.

Welcome! You can do it!! Trust is slowly earned back. Cross addiction is very common. You can be clean!! Have you tried AA too?
