I don't think I've every had La Croix. I'll have to check it out. Is it expensive?

La Croix is very inexpensive. 12 cans is about $5 or less....I mix it with fruit juice. Makes a very refreshing drink!

Tea is my go-to most of the time. The different flavours on the market are amazing in their variety.

Coconut water after sports is another favourite.

Dandelion Tea

Hello, I'm new to this forum and don't even have day one under my belt, but I have been worried about my liver for quite some time, so I drink dandelion tea. I got the recipe from a Jillian Michaels website. She used it as a weight loss aid on the Biggest Loser.

Recipe:

One packet/tea bag of Dandelion Tea steeped in hot water
6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 cup pure cranberry juice (Whole Foods)
Put all in 2 gallon pitcher and fill to top with water.

It is definitely an acquired taste, but after about 4 hours and a couple of glasses, you can feel it working to aid in digestion. Plus the health benefits of dandelion tea on the liver are incredible.

Rar--I've been reading your story as it has progressed over the past two years. You are an inspiration to me and I hope you keep going. Best.
