27 Weeks
I am 27 weeks sober now. I have a counseling session set up for the end of this week.
Can't lie, getting through all of the Memorial Day festivities (in the states) this weekend used extra effort. Perfect weather, pool, cookouts, and everyone else enjoying beverages. But I had my wing men (wife and daughter) around and buckled down to get through the events. Le Croix is my go to pool drink.
Keep to your plans...we can do this folks!

SO inspiring!!
I am at 98 days and right now my sober bevs are soda water and diet lemonade (at work- I work at Chick Fil A and our lemonade rocks!) and club soda and diet cran or just lemon juice/lemons otherwise. Headed to my noon AA mtg and picnic after then work, so will not be around alc today

Congratulations! That is awesome. Le Croix is my drink! Have you ever tried all the 'fancy' flavors they have at Target? Not sure why they get special ones but they do.
Well Memorial Day is really kind of a somber day. I'm sure those that have lost love ones in combat aren't boozing it. That's one way to shift ones perspective....not really a day to celebrate, but a day to reflect.

Congrats!! I Have pool festivities all day today too. Who drinks coffee in the pool?? Oh wait, I do..... And I don't mind it at all these days. (Decaf of course) ....... Hope everyone is having a Great day!!

Congratulations! You keep pushing through and it is so inspiring. I love how you post each week. One kind of looses track of time overall, but to watch you click along through the weeks is a great reminder of how time moves forward even when we feel stuck in the mud. Your posts are like a time clock and a great inspiration- even if I don't always post, just to see them pop up I think "I want that too"
