Hi Elke.

Have you got some plans in place to get you through the bank holiday weekend? If not, right now is the best time to be thinking about making some. If you get sucked, the people on here are always great at giving advice if you ask for it.

PS How come you're posting so early? You on shifts?

Thanks guys, I will make some plans for the weekend, thank you Berrybean. I couldn't sleep last night so went on the net....that's when I found this site. Lucky me! I won't drink today.

Have you seen the threads about making a sobriety plan. Dee has a great thread with some really useful links. Def worth a look at in preparation.

Im on day 16 sober and as said above a plan is the best thing to get in place .
