Most of us feel that way. For me, it is compounded because I have severe/chronic depression. Getting up sucks and it actually does take a ton of energy if experiencing certain symptoms.

Main point, you CAN do it. I did, I have, I will.

We completely understand how hard this is. I had 19 months under my belt, my second time really trying. I started to veer away from this board and all that I had been diligent about. Didn't take long for the AV (addictive voice) to sink its hooks in. Then, it happened, Mother's Day. Rock Bottom.

You can do this. However, the more support you have the better! In fact, when you find yourself veering away from that support realize what's happening. That's when it all goes downhill.

This board rocks.
