Indeed, I'm back

I don't know how many times it's going to take for me to realize that I can't drink. EVER. I have certainly hit rock bottom this time and I even could feel that it was coming. Still, I just continued to push the envelope.

Good to see familiar names and faces still here. It's been a while.It brought tears to my eyes. So glad that you're all here.

It took me many times to realize that I can never drink too.
Every time i've picked up, it's because of the thought that i'll just have two drinks, no one will know...
So now I keep a strong awareness for that thought.

Welcome back LB, now is the time and you can do it! Now is the only time we live in and you're doing it Now, all we have , and the only time to actually do anything 'in' , we liv'em and they add up. Stay present and don't let the AV sap any positive energy lamenting what was , no matter how many times, it's irrelevant, Now counts , always does and always will.
