Day 6 yay
Hi, this week has flown by and been a very happy one so I totally forgot to post.
I started a new volunteer position. Work is going well and I'm feeling so good producing so much work product. I'm organized again. Going to my bank on Friday to increasing retirement contributions.
I'm seeing a psychoanalyst, naturopathetic Doctor, and massage therapist (all covered and I'm sorry for those of you who do not have health care, I really am). Back at the gym. Eating well.
No cravings. Had sex I'll actually remember having with my BF. Planting my garden this weekend.
Life is good. I can't wait to build not just on sober recovery but on my overall mental health. I feel really good and hopeful.
Thank you!!! Long way since my "extreme anxiety" post of last Friday.

Great job! Think about how amazing you will feel in 2 weeks, in a month, in 6 months, in a year! Things will continue to get better and better as long as we keep taking the right steps and continue to work on ourselves.
Working on your mental health is a huge piece to the puzzle. I swear that if I didn't find an awesome psychiatrist that specializes in addiction and gave me a full psych exam and found out I had bipolor type 2 disorder then I would never be where I am today. Mental and physical health go hand in hand. Glad to see you are addressing all different parts of your health
