Final day 3
 

Morning guys,
Just woke up to day 3. You'll notice my subject posts contain "Final" now because there wont ever be another Day 1 or day 2 or day 3 etc.. I cannot fail again. Under any circumstances.
Sleep was better, woke up at 7am instead of 5.30am which is my silver lining for today. A bit shaky and foggy this morning and these brain zaps from being off my antidepressants have started again which are uncomfortable but i'll pull through until they pass. Plan today is a meeting, a psych appt and plenty of exercise.
