Congrats on 12 days! The headaches will pass, eating, staying hydrated, and sleep is very important. If it continues I'd check in with my Doc. Make sure your Doc knows you just got sober.

I must restart count bad couple of day school finals. But today i found out im going to be a dad. When i quite smoking this happened once or twice. I went six months failed then 6 yrs before giving up. Ur always an addict never let your guard down. Not going to give up , with cigs i switched to eating any advice on alcohol?
