Final day 2

Good morning fellow members.
6am here in Melbourne and another broken sleep but some solid time in between wake ups with the help of my Dr prescribed small dose of seroquel. Managed to stay off the valium last night even though it would've knocked me out. Feeling very drowsy but the anxiety is reasonable this morning. Plan is to get through another day and let each day get better and better. I have a nerve conduction test on my legs this afternoon and a meeting with my drug and alcohol worker. Other than that, plan on taking it easy and checking in here regularly.
Lots of love x

I sure hope so Hevyn, its like the highs don't last so long lol.. i woke up full of beans and then all of a sudden hit a wall within a couple of hours. Body feeling rested but mind exhausted. Keep on keeping on i guess

The longer you stay sober, the better you'll feel. :)

So got to a meeting this afternoon after a lot of self deliberation! Glad i did and was eager to share and got the oppurtunity. Oh boy was i shaky! Thats never happened to me in a meeting before and its put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth to be honest. I feel so much more comfortable expressing myself here as opposed to AA at the moment. Is that wrong?

Sharing in aa

It's a different kind of sharing don't you think? I'm guessing that's the issue. Just keep going--that's what I'm doing
