I found that my body doesn't crave that fast food crap when I don't drink. Good on ya for day 2.

Not eating out will help your pocket book too. You can buy yourself something nice when you hit ten days or thirty.

Way to go on day 2!

Good job on day 2. Food is a great distraction. Today we are making Creamy Chicken Lasagna...can't wait.

Congrats on day 2, tonib! I think making some home cooked meals is a wonderful idea. That being said--if your mind and body start craving some ice cream early on, don't overthink it. Sometimes ice cream is the best medicine.

Good job! Eating better definitely helps, especially with everything your body has been through recently. Hang in there!

Congrats on 2 days sober, the first couple days are the hardest to get past usually. Keep pushing forward, the more days you get behind you the easier it will get.

I have found it easier to eat healthy the longer I am sober. I try to stay active, take vitamins, and eat healthier to just help keep me healthy overall. Addiction ruins our mental and physical well being and it is always important to address all the problems addiction caused, not to only not drink or use.

congrats on day 2 Toni. I really recommend you start thinking about a plan - a plan to help you stay sober?
