Grocery store is a trigger for me
Changing your regular grocery store for a while might be a good idea. Even if the new store also sells poison, it still might not seem like you're back in your old routine. Also always make sure you're not hungry before you go to the store. That's an easy trigger to fix but also an easy one to miss.
But like others have said, I could make a trigger out of anything, they're all just reasons to drink:
Happy? Let's drink.
Sad? A drink will fix that.
Lonely? Here's my good friend, Mr. Wine Bottle, to help cure that.
Angry? That drink will understand my side.
Bored? Drinking is fun.
Got some great news? Let's drink to celebrate!
Got some bad news? A drink will make it better.
There's always a reason, a trigger if you will, to drink. But what I'm learning today is that it's the first drink that's the problem, not the second one, not the tenth one. The first one is the one that causes the problems. And I also realize today that I don't have to take that first drink today no matter what. I can get through anything sober, and I'll be better off for it.
Great job getting in here and admitting to those thoughts. That's an important part of our recovery. Wishing you the best today...

Going to baseball game this Friday. I already know I'll be tempted with overpriced beers. I'm going to try to focus on all the sights and smells that I associated with enjoying games as a child, and spend money on churros and elotes instead...
