Oh how my Friday night's have changed...for the better
I went for a run after work, enjoyed a healthy meal and am now relaxing with a herbal tea...and I am so much happier than any of the Friday nights I spent consuming 2 bottles of wine and a greasy takeaway...then waking up feeling like rubbish on Saturday morning. I hope everyone is enjoying their Friday night as much as I am ☺ x

Every night was Friday night. How enjoyable to be thinking new thoughts and doing new things with a new mind, instead of a head filled with regret from the last drink and the excited planning of the next one. Crazy huh?

Always makes me happy when others post they are doing great!!! I am in the boat every night is like a Friday night and I give thanks in the mornings, up at 5 and out the door by 6 with my dog for our one hour walk to greet the day, life is good.
