I'm still here.

Hi everyone who is reading, I'm still here. I've been reading the page daily but am kind of embroiled in family issues at the moment so not been as active.
Its 28 days today and I'm feeling more energetic and less and less inclined to ever let that go.
Still tired come 9 or 9.30pm but perhaps that is normal?
Kind of feel like the fog has been lifted from my eyes and i can see the cracks in my relationship and other issues in my life which is daunting but put it this way, if I was going to give in I would have on sunday night but I didn't!
Practising gratitude daily and have a journal plus I have read 3 books on alcoholism in the last fortnight.
Stay strong everyone x

Congratulations and I believe that being grateful each and every day has been the key to my sobriety.

You might be right there. It certainly is a good habit at the very least.

Sounds like you've got the right attitude and doing all the right things. I was tired for the first month as well.

You're doing great.

Great job!!! First 90 days, I go to bed when I am tired, some nights 9 and some 11, although rare now I sometimes have a nap with my dog in the afternoon

Congrats on almost a month, Everyday! Fatigue in the early months is common I think. Keep at it. You're doing great!
