day 3 sober

So here I am back at day three recovering from my abortion. I'm starting to feel a Lil normal again which is good. This time I will not drink I keep telling myself.. I don't know if it's the pregnancy hormones or a few days without drinking is the reason I'm still a Lil nausea though? But either way I'm going to ride this out.

Congrats on day 3. Regarding the nausea. Your body has been through a lot. I would be surprised if weren't feeling a little crappy. Just rest and eat well. Drink lots of fluids.

try to take it easy! your body has been through a lot for sure. It takes me days to feel good again after a bad binge alone....
