I'm flirting with getting what Cold/Virus MesaMate has, but I've just got a slight Cough going. So far/so good, actually. On top of Allergies. More ~40 MPH Wind Gusts this Afternoon to blow a variety of misery-inducing 'stuff' past my Nose. Meh. First World Problems.

This Health Epiphany in the middle of the Night has motivated me to find a new Physician over here in W. Colorado, and get standard Blood Work done to see where I'm at now in GeezerHood. I'm thinking of this phase as 'Sobriety -> Version 2.0'. That is, it's time to entrench and get serious about maintaining overall Health now that this Retirement House is done, and I want to RV Camp/Boondock in remote places.

I'm happy I had this Moment Of Clarity last Night when my Nose was completely blocked. Signs to 'do better' [about general Health] come in all sorts of ways, eh?

Sunshine and showers today , quite windy up north . Not going to the concert thats on tonight … i was considering it but its 7pm and in a town some distance away . I got no car today and i want to save my pennies .

Still mulling over the TV show i saw and might go over my plans again today .

Had an uber quiet day at work. After yesterday's panic attacks feel exhausted.
It's raining. So I plan to curdle in bed with a good old English crime novel, UFC fights and rain as a background. And hibiscus tea to warm me up.
