My husband drinks in front of me. I don't blame him. It is my problem that I can't control my intake. Took me awhile to accept that.

I hate the desperate skin crawling feeling of giving into AV and the torture that follows for days.

The reflection of my despair in my loved ones eyes is gone........I don't want to see it again.

That reminds me why I am sober, today.

I never want to go back to that sickness I felt the day after. I want to hang on to the hope that I've found.
