It's Saturday night

....and I'm not drinking alcohol. Had a long bubble bath. I've put on a face mask, an overnight hair mask and painted my nails. I've had a one person cheese party and am now tucked up in bed with a book.

This self care feels really nice. And tomorrow I'll wake for work with a clear head and energy.

Happy days.

Your evening sounds perfect. I myself splurged on a massage today and thinking of a hot bath and some hydrating cream before bed. I was thinking how nice it was to have a massage and not being self conscious of those "pesky drinking bruises". Enjoy your clear headed rested Sunday morning !
