I drink water most of the time, low fat milk, soda and juices some days.

I like coffee when I wake up .. usually another cup mid day. After that I drink water. I only drink soda when I'm at the movie theater, which isn't very often.

Eventually I want to give up the coffee .. but one thing at a time.

I had read that somewhere also. I know of lots of people who do drink those, but I've never actually tried them.

I love Chia drinks. High fiber, high protein, more sustaining than coffee and refreshing!

I've been drinking lots of ice water with fresh lemon, and also Arizona Zero Green Tea.:-)

My wife and I drink seltzer water by the case. We put in a squeeze of lime.

Tea and sparkling water. I also drink alcohol free champagne every now and then. Not often though.

I think sparkling water with lemon will be my drink of choice from now on too. The alcohol free champagne for me (!) would probably not be a good choice. Not yet, at least.
