yo yo cardoon, welcome
sinderos, just be careful with yoself at the wedding, better safe than sorry

well, I made coffee and got my warm socks and started to gear up to go fishing - mentally

then I saw the six huge bags of stuff in the driveway, the grass growing wild and remembered the wife's permission slip to pick up creeping phlox etc...

so I spent 90 bucks on flaurs at lowz... going to change into my dirty pants from yesterday and crawl around in the dirt again all day... still enough weeds left for a few more big bags... I need to till the veggie garden - oh and figure out what to plant where I removed the three 'trees' over the weekend... then maybe go fishing around sunset at the lake and try to pick up a couple more trout... it's nice having to drive only ten minutes to the lake, or two minutes to a stream, and not far to other places... oh and I am going to fire up the grill today...
scallops baby... I think I'll melt butter and brush them as they grill up...
and why do people say this? 'I'm gonna grill me up some steaks...'
As opposed to, 'Grill me down some steaks'?
I'm down with grilling steaks either way. Or scallops and trout.

btw - good score on Alvin Lee Trach

does this count as funk?

Here's to the survivors. Now go forth and strut your stuff like Tina. And, holy cow, you have got to see her strut.

Oh, I almost forgot, I watched a movie on netflix and when it was over, netflix 'recommends' something next. Since I was curious I watched "FINDERS KEEPERS" It was bizarre to say the least. At first I thought it was a prank. I laughed in the beginning and at many places. It is quite funny at points. I wondered if it was actually going anywhere. It is sad, humorous and inspiring also. I highly recommend it to us folks. Please watch it if you have netflix. And don't turn it off no matter how much you want to - stay with it. The end is very inspiring. It is several stories it seems but you must watch it all the way through. Don't give up halfway through it - you'll want to.
Watch the entire movie and thank me later.

Right On Right On Right On!

Wif mysef, I will down in funkiness be getting! We'll start out with the Sartorial Splendor of The Ohio Players. Powder Blue that even Sao can love!

MesaMate is away already with her Pilates Instructor for respective Appts at a World Class Doc. She's going to suss out a recurring Shoulder problem. Nuffin' severe, by any means. Just time for an MRI, and Analysis. Her former Valley Girl -> Pilates Sidekick is going to make some hard decisions on Back Surgery. Deteriorating Spinal Discs, and all that.

While they yap nonstop during this 2+ Hour drive, I get the Joint to myself all day. MesaDog is on the mend after a few Hurls last night caused by Anesthesia, and some Grass munching yesterday in the Vet's Office Yard. No worries. Stupendous Sunny Weather today that - as we learned yesterday - brings out the Deer Ticks. 72 F [22 C] today. 78 F [26 C] tomorrow. Amazing Moon last Night/this Morning, and the proverbial Full Moon tomorrow Night.

Part I of the last Thread disappeared, so it cannot be tallied. Someone mentioned a Thread bit on *Moderation* disappearing. I don't know if that's what happened; nor does it matter. Presuming Historical Values for the redacted Part I like ~4,500 Views, and ~490 Posts, the Total over three Weekender Parts was:

Views 10,762 ~ Posts 1,125

Lookin' forward to hangin' here with the Noobs and Rubes all Weekend!

Sao, we won't tell the credit controller.
By the way..... How's the credit controller?
Thank you for asking Trees - she is very upbeat as her Brazilian husband has had to go to Brazil for business - big corruption investigation going on there right now. She is far too over the top glamorous for me really but has a great appetite for life and is really good at her job. As her back is turned o can post this one of her outside the Clove Club (a restaurant). Not many 50 something's would wear white and blue fur with gold shoes. Dunno what she see's in plain old me - the least trendiest man in Shoreditch

In central London today - been to some offices near to where the old Texas Embassy was from when Texas was briefly an independent country. I did not get any orders which is disappointing but I may still nr in line for some, they were full on poker faced but I have been doing this long enough to know that they are either considering ordering from us or using my (vaguely worded) quote as a bargaining chip, hopefully the former.

Hope you can read the plaque
