Here goes!
The cravings were the hardest thing about my recovery. Remembering HALT (hungry, angry, lonely, tired), and avoiding those conditions, helped.
More importantly, the cravings will become weaker and less frequent as the days and weeks go by. You just gotta grit your teeth and ride them out. They always pass.
