having a bad week
I work in the fitness world.....doesn't mix with alcohol!!! Even drinking one night a week set me back so much as far as the wasted time drinking AND recovering.....ugh...anyways....I highly recommend you start an exercise program! Working on making your body and mind the BEST and healthiest they can be can really help take the "boredom" that comes from time to time when trying to stay sober....a new goal If you will...
