I work in the fitness world.....doesn't mix with alcohol!!! Even drinking one night a week set me back so much as far as the wasted time drinking AND recovering.....ugh...anyways....I highly recommend you start an exercise program! Working on making your body and mind the BEST and healthiest they can be can really help take the "boredom" that comes from time to time when trying to stay sober....a new goal If you will...

Thanks Wildchild, I've been off injured but normally race competitively. Have started training again this week, 5 months sober...watching the VLM has given me a real kick up the bum.

The only thing I will say though is I had some of my best pbs hungover....but long term couldn't continue like that!
