If you've been lurking a while, then you have seen where new comers are advised to have a plan. Consider yourself advised. Have a plan in place when you can't recall your current misery and the idea of a drink sounds inviting.

Happy to meet you, Wolfbane. That was my pattern, too. The only answer was to stop all together. Once it was in my system, I never knew where it would take me. Glad you are here.
