I did many years ago, it didn't work for me when it came to alcohol however I quit smoking at the time for two+ months and my sleep was a lot better.

Just like ALinNS I tried it for smoking and it worked in that it killed cravings and I stopped cold turkey eight years ago. Talking to the therapist and others, for whom it worked as well as those for whom it didn't work, it seems that you have to be in the right mental state for it to work.

I loved acupuncture, I'm not sure If it was the placebo effect but it sure was relaxing.

I've never had acupuncture but I'd say: just try it. The worst that can happen is that it doesn't work. And who knows, maybe it will help you.
