day 2

Just waking up and even though I'm still tired I don't have a hangover.. I feel so foolish for thinking I could control my drinking. As soon as I would take the first drink I could stop till it was gone. I could go days without drinking but that one sip always turned into the entire bottel an another liquor store run. I started doing this more and more getting back up to everyother day getting wasted. I knew if I didn't stop I'll be back at Daily drinking and drinking at 8 am again. So here I am day 2... I realize a sip of alcohol is dangerous for me.

I could go for days myself and then get blackout drunk.

Moderating was impossible for me.

I can't drink... period.

Congratulations on day 2!

Keep posting, support gave me the strength to stick with my plan and be accountable.

It progresses, you're smart to see that now and try to do something. You can do this!

Congratulations on day two! Remember you don't have to take that first drink today no matter what sweet lies or begging your addiction throws your way. Stick close. We're stronger together.
