Go outside and scream if you must! The cravings will pass and you'll love that you are on day 7!

I'm glad you enjoyed your day, Laura!

You can get through this craving and, next time, will be a bit easier.

Congrats on day 6, Lauraxxx. Go ahead and scream in here. Remember you don't have to take that first drink/drug no matter what. And as long as you don't take the first, you don't have to worry about the second or third or tenth that would almost always follow for addicts like us.

I think using this as a sobriety journal and place to be accountability in your recovery is a wonderful idea. But don't forget to participate in the rest of the forums as well. I especially love the monthly classes. There's an amazing amount of power in the simple act of one addict helping another.

Hi Laura, the way I understand it, when you start a thread, it is your thread, thus you can do as you wish. Anna, Dee, Scotty?

Click this link below:

The monthly classes are a great way to learn from and help others who are also new to recovery. Being active in my own March 2016 class has made all the difference in my sobriety this time.

What are you knitting?
