Smile Congratulations
Hi Everyone

I have bought myself a congratulations card and every night that I am sober I give myself a happy face and it reflects my face because I feel like I've made an achievement. There are a few sad faces in there as well but when I look at it I can see the improvement and it helps me to carry on. Just thought this might be helpful to someone.
