Hey everyone today was pretty rough....how was every one else's day? Will appreciate some kind words.

My day has not been stellar. But I'm here and have an hour to listen to some good music and that's cheering me up. If not for the crappy days we wouldn't appreciate the good ones, eh?

I am starting to accept that every day is not going to be a "good" day. And I am also learning that this too shall pass, even the woes of today! I hope your evening gets better!

I wish people would hug more often in NYC lol!!

I'm clean, alive, and I get to sleep indoors. I have people who love me and real friendships. I can look in the mirror.

It was a great day.

My day was long, but good until I decided to head up to bed. I had my phone, a charger, and a glass of water in my hands and walked down the staircase that leads to the garage, somehow I slipped, landed on my left side and slid down the steps hurting my wrist and the left side of my body. 103 days sober and I am still a klutz!
