Here's something to try... this is what I do when I feel very low....
I wrap my arms around myself in a hug and repeat " even tho I have these feelings, I completely love, accept and honor myself."
Some times a little bit of self kindness goes a long way.

Looks like you have plenty of company here having a bad day, add me to the list! Work BS, argument with hubby (although I'm not actually calling him "hubby" in my head right now, I'll be nice for the sake of the forum!) Hope your day gets better sky, sending you hugs!!
