If you are going to use SR as your support, use it. Next time, post before you drink, not after.

Also, look up the various recovery methods, find one that suits you, then apply the principles to your own recovery.

But please don't assume that I haven't looked up recovery methods and have tried to find one that suits me.

HI Carousal, I'll piggyback on what Carl said, I've got a good stretch of sobriety going and last week I had an urge. I posted here, got tremendous feedback and averted disaster. You can get your system cleaned out in the next 48 hours and get back to feeling good. Then you can reassess your situation and proceed from there. Go for it.
