Monday=binge night

It's Monday here and a huge trigger day for me. It's the day the kids go to their dad's and almost without fail, I've binged on the Monday night after they've gone.

Tonight will be different. I'm spending the day working through my daily maintainence plan and making my home beautiful. And tonight I will not drink.

Way to go, noneever!

Keeping myself busy with other activities helped me change my routine.

Maybe you can change Monday = Binge Night, to Monday=noneever night!

Create a different Monday. Do something you've always wanted to do. Change your routine. Treat yourself to a good dinner.

You can get thru this sober and be stronger for it.

Monday night = therapy night for me...I find having my therapy session on a Monday evening helps me be in a good frame of mind for the rest of the week. Hope you enjoy your sober Monday night nonever xxx
