Day 6
Hey guys,
Checking in for day 6 and have to say that I'm feeling ok this morning. My feet seem to be getting a little better but a little bit of tingling in my hands is making me a nervy. Made the mistake of Dr Googling a variety of symptoms from ARBI to Peripheral Neuropathy last night and decided which symptons i did and didnt have (not very intelligent I know). I have thoughts about going to AA meetings today but I just dont feel motivated to. After my last binge i went to around 12 in 5 days and found that I was hearing a different version of similar events being talked about. Not taking anything away from AA because i think its a brilliant organisation but i feel there is so much more value being on these forums and posting and getting support in the moment. Does that make sense? For me i've always been a trigger based binge drinker and feel the best value will come from posting in here when a trigger pops up.
Btw Good morning to everyone x
P.s- sorry for the long post

You can convince yourself you have typhoid fever if you read too much medical stuff on the internet!
AA, SR, there is a lot of help out there, take advantage of it.
Good Morning to you! (It is almost 6pm in Florida)
