Finding specific topics on App..

Even though I have been a member since 2011 I'd never really used the app up until now. I thought that there was a menu or something somewhere that you could find specific topics such as dieting and exercise or maybe help for families of addicts. I can't figure out how to access that from the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated as all the laptops in my house are always being used by someone! Lol

Oh my gosh, never mind.. I guess I just hadn't backed up all the way in the app. Technology is not my friend! Lol
