Day 58
 

Things are better mentally now that I'm on seroquel. I am very sensitive to it so I need a low dose, fortunately. But it works really fast and my delusional thinking cleared up quickly.

And a benefit is that when I take it before bed, I'm fast asleep 15 minutes later. Sleep wasn't a problem to begin with, but this is nice.

Life is life. These things happen. At least I have 58 days sober now and am on the right medication for me. So as I see it, things are going really well.

Ok, time to take my pill, I feel like getting some extra sleep. Talk to you all tomorrow!
