Hi everyone - haven't been on in a while, but doing well. I'm actually signed on at work because I am sitting here thinking how a glass of wine would be awesome tonight and thought to log on and get my head straight for the evening. I know full well that one glass of wine would lead to a full bottle, so I know I will make the right choice, but needed an extra bit of help before heading home!

Thank you everyone - I know I don't post a lot and probably don't offer up as much support as other members, but I appreciate you all reaching out to me. Drank an ice cold Pepsi when I got home and the urge passed quickly. It is interesting how at different times, you need different things to get through. And how a random trigger at work can set your mind going in the wrong direction , in an instant! Thank you again
