The rugs been chucked, tbh it's work that has got me down! �� just hope tomorrow things are better. I feel like things have gone from bad to good to bad again.

Venting always helps. Concrete action may help you feel better. Is there anything you can do to improve what's going on at work? Hang in there.

No, I have made a stupid mistake which affects quite a few people. There's nothing I can do, made the mistake after a long stressful day! Just about puts the icing on the cake. I feel physically sick! Need to ride it out and hopefully not too much damage has been done. I just want to hide away until it's sorted. How stupid is that! It's times like these when I need to focus on my sobriety ! X
