I hope you take the advice to print out your original post and put it in your wallet or stick it on your mirror or something to keep it in the forefront of your mind. I know how easy it is for the mind to "forget" trauma - that's what the mind does. But you know how important it is to remember because the conviction you have this morning is what you want to keep with you.
It's good to write your plan down. I've learned it's one step better to tell someone else. "Think it, say it, write it down." You know how least is always saying "I needed to want to be sober more than I wanted to drink?" For me, it's not so much a matter of how much I want it (that ebbs and flows), but more a matter of how much time I'm willing to put into it. Every day, I make an effort to spend more time focused on sobriety (mainly posting here or attending group/meetings at this time) than I did drinking.
Just some thoughts to try on; of course your plan has to work for you.
