Early Doors
Well, red faced and starting to realise I've been wasting my life - I've turned the corner. Confided in a few friends about my health. Took a week off work to get house in order (you know those odd jobs that have never been getting done). Been cooking and portioned food in to tubs for freezer and most importantly put that wine glass down. Tonight is night one and I feel fab.
