To close this, I will post my response I sent to Anna's PM. If you want to ban me after this, feel free to do so. It shows it's not the place for me.

My message:

"My thread was not in conflict with your policies. It was about the experience I'm having after having posted an addiction concern. An experience that would make it so other people might not post their equally valid concerns.

The below are paraphrasing but were said:

"I was expecting this to be an April's Fools joke"

"I don't believe this"

"You are egocentric, narcissistic"

Where were you when those thing were said? Instead of pushing down my complaints about it?"

And, as I said, anytime you have a problem with a post, use the Report A Post button and any mod online will look at it.

Ok, will do. But you were in the thread and it's not uncommon for a moderator to step in. You read the whole thread, right? There was some setting straight to do there.

OK...let me bring this to a close.

If you have a problem with a post you can report the post by using the report button.

You can also put people on ignore.

I think either of those two ways would have been a better way to handle things than this thread.

It paints a picture of this forum that is at best duplicitous if not downright dishonest.

There's nothing in the rules that prevents me sharing those opinions civilly with you.

If you want to leave because I've shared my honest opinion, I wish you well Mike.
