Morning of day 6
It was pretty awesome having a sober Saturday yesterday. I did so much - including taking a yoga class for the first time which I really liked. I'm sore this morning but it felt great - something I can substitute to deal with stress. So I signed up for a two week trial.

Woke up now on this Day 6 on this Sunday looking forward to reading The New York Times and spending the day with my son and husband. I am starting to feel hopeful I can make this change but one day at a time. Thanks to everyone here!!!

Good going on six days. Remember, you never have to drink again.
