I would join as well, love to cook.....and eat
My better half and I pick a country every Saturday and cook traditional dishes, we tweak the ingredients quite often which is a fun experience and have come up with some amazing dishes. Last weekend we did Greek and I did chicken skewers on the BBQ, let the chicken marinate over night, we do eat out a bit but agreed it was probably the best chicken we have tasted.
