I don't know why I get so stressed...it's like I can barely handle anything. I realize that one of the workers took a wrench I had next to the furnace...they better find it.

.
Site Software.

I usually re-spell a Word when what I trying to say is inert & inoffensive.

A neat Backstory on your area, Sao. I remember Ida Lupino very well.

Thank you Ruby! From my perspective, the interview went quite well. It's in my field and there was a good camaraderie with the person who would be my supervisor. Fingers crossed for a call back.

Tetra, that's very wise to schedule some mock interviews! You'll do great---best wishes!-

HAF....some of my worst professional doubts came after a client gave notice. It didn't happen often but when it did, I was devastated. On a personal and financial level. However over time, a source shared with me the real reason one of my favorite clients left and it had absolutely nothing to do with me (it did have everything to do with their internal politics and a favor owed to a relative who owned a business much like mine) You may never know why your client made that decision but please don't beat yourself up over it.

No, HAF. I have no sense of smell. Due to a head injury a few years ago.

The censorship keeps us safe as it's a family friendly site some inoffensive words get censored maybe it's a regional thing but it does a lot more good then bad

Just ordered another 5 books can't wait

I'm home from a work for a break, super stressful day.
I'll go back in a bit once I've chilled out a bit, need to regroup here.
The busy season is coming back and I'm curious how I'm going to handle all the business without wine.
I almost stopped working and started drinking, not sure what came over me.
That's why I'm home for a bit.
Nice weather, stressful work day- no one to be accountable too, extra money.
Used to be perfect recipe to waste away in margarita ville....

Still no sugar, zero appetite- not sure why.
I've realized on this no sugar thing that I just simply like to get high.
Sugar, wine, an awesome guy, adrenaline rushes, drugs- I just want to get high.
The only time I haven't been pretty miserable since I started the no sugar, dairy, carb thing is when I'm hiking- but I'm happy then because I'm high- just a natural high.
Someone has some work to do on their personality.........

Maybe I should go to Burma and mediate for a month and find inner peace or something.
I met a guy in Thailand that did that in Burma, he said it was exceptionally difficult to meditate up to 8 hours a day- zero talking, utter silence.
Sounds awful; didn't seem like it helped him much either; because he was getting wasted on the beach with us, and texting some girl he met like psycho after she got mad at him and left.

I was too busy to make something to eat for the day and I realized there is absolutely nothing to eat out in the world that doesn't have dairy, carbs , sugar.
I had to drive out of my way to find and organic market to get food to eat.
I had roasted root vegetables and a split yellow pea burger with crushed tomatoes on top- it was incredibly delicious.

I wish it was warm enough to go swimming at the river, that would make me feel nice.
Soon.

Jsbodhi. ..I had to cut back on my work. It was just too stressful for me. I was so used to coming home and drinking the stress away. So now I make less money, but my life is more manageable. The money is not worth giving up your mental health.
And I relate to what you said about alcohol, sugar, sex, food.... i think it's all about having an addictive personality. I sure have it.
I hope you can find a healthy way to relax and unwind.

Mediate or meditate? I think Burma would be cool to see.

Sao said a bad word and was censored? I understand the feeling of melancholy when a neighborhood changes from what it has been to something completely different. The gentrification/regentrification.

Weas, my sister in law loves when the peepers start in the spring. Her parents live in a fairly rural area and she associates that with home. I think she commented that occasionally they would be in the house making all that racket. No, wait, that was the bamboo growing up through the floor. My brain is going.

I'm heading out. Picking up the kids at my parents. Ah. Fabela. Phones. Neither kid has a phone (10 & 7). I'm not inclined to buy one for either at the moment. Both of them have iPods courtesy of my crazy mother in law. They can facetime or surf on those while at home or at relative's houses. We do still have our landline. I got such a super cool phone number when I bought my house a million years ago that I'm loathe to give up the number. I always seem to get cool land line numbers. Anyway, I'm dithering. No phones at the moment. Sadly, my 10 year old son has like two friends. No sense having a phone. He can call on the land line. I"m hoping his social life improves as he gets older.

Time to hit the road. yesterday the trip was excruciating. I'm hoping it's better today. Shoulda left a half hour ago but I was catching up with all you good people.

I have decided against persuing promotions in work for now bodhi. My mental health is more valuable and needs guarding.

Lovely evening here. Mrs B sister flew in from london. Got a really nice chinese takeout. Nice for Mrs B to catch up with family.
