This one thing is really helping not pick up a drink

I am so proud of myself for squashing my desire to drink. I mean, its still there lingering.. its only day 4, but its this sense of pride that keeps me going. I want to love myself everyday. Drinking takes that away.

The single biggest thing I like about living sober is waking up feeling good and not hating myself anymore.
