Emptying the recycle bin also used to make me cringe when I was drinking and filled me with shame and embarrassment. It's so nice that it's now filled with plastic seltzer bottles.

My bin was usually overflowing so I would do the non green thing and mix the rest in with my regular garbage. I do not miss those days.
