Completely relapsed over the weekend, absolutely no need to drink but I was at home bored and decided to go to the pub to pass and hour or 2, 7 hours later I'm black out drunk arguing with my gf and making a complete fool of myself, I was 18 days sober and just had this urge to drink which I don't seem to be able to control. I don't want to be like this for the rest of my life, I'm only 29 and have been struggling with this addiction for a few years, any help would be much appreciated

I would cross the pub off your list of acceptable places to visit. You had 18 days so you know its possible. Try to add a 0 to that 18. 180 days.
