Body Pulsing with Cravings

Well I've made it to day 3! Feeling so much better mentally, not as constant 'hazy dazy' as before but my body is just craving the sugar it misses from the wine...so I bought myself some Skittles!!!
Happy Easter everyone.

Ignore the cravings. They are just thoughts and don't have to become actions.

I pounded granola bars, sweatend yogurt, fruit juice, gummies, Hard candy etc.. in the early days.

I ate every hour. I had snacks in the car, at work...everywhere..

Without them I would feel weak.

Really helped w the crave.

I am on Day 5 after a relapse and the carvings come and go. Not too intense (yet?!) but I do have a few short lived ones a day. Maybe they are fleeting because I keep eating all day. Not sweets as I don't like sugary stuff, but normal food, not even junk food, just kinda double every meal and distribute throughout the day

Happy Easter to you!

3 days is fabulous, copperfield. I couldn't get enough sugar the first few weeks - lollipops, lifesavers, anything....but it settled down after a while.

Aellyce - Congrats on your Day 5.
