Introduce my self
Hi. I'm new in this forum. I keep in recovery (from alcoholism, and drug addiction) since more than 20 years (thanks to God). But now I'm living in Asia, so, as I don't speak well the local language, I need options to care my recovery.
I'm living a new challenge in my life, and in my recovery, and many days I feel some sad and depressed feelings, and a storm of negative thought came to my mind.
But, I try to use the thing I learned about recovery, and try to surrender my "ego" turningo over to God, so I can get some calm.
